That moment when all you want is a decent picture of a dragon and Tumblr keeps giving you Benedict Cumberbatch. It feels very meta: our fandoms are getting in the way of our fandoms.
FYI: The Best Way to Get Me to NOT Reblog Something …
… is to try to guilt me into reblogging something.
“If you don’t reblog this you’re a horrible person!”
“I bet you’re the one of the many heartless monsters who won’t reblog this!”
These or anything similar are immediate turn-offs for a post’s reblog-ability. It’s like a knee-jerk reaction for me. It’s just like those annoying kids who passed chain letters around in middle school, and I’m not participating in it.
